We offer residential bridging loans and commercial bridging loans. We lend on the property value not the purchase price. In some circumstances we can lend up to 100% of the purchase price. Our typical mortgage bridging loans are between £200,000 and £15 million, but depending on your proposal, we will consider outside of this range.
We offer loan periods from three months to one year. Short term mortgages and finance can be provided very quickly. Your payments may also be lower than you expect.
If your project completes ahead of schedule following a minimum period, there are no redemption penalties on our bridging finance loans. Contact us today for a decision in principle.
