We will advance funds as soon as we have had satisfactory confirmation of value and title of the security.

There are no up-front fees – fees due to you are paid on draw down of the loan. We usually lend up to 70% of the initial value (not the purchase price) of the property plus up to 100% of the cost of works, even for new build finance. In some circumstances we can even arrange business property loans up to 100% of the purchase price of the property, subject to valuation.
